Mechanical generation of a homogeneous powder-air mixture by means of a rotating agitator, without the use of external compressed air.

Large powder reservoir with a capacity of up to 90 l for up to 16 hours of operation without refilling.

Heating of the powder reservoir is available as an option and is recommended in cases of high humidity and when using hygroscopic powder materials.

Four adjustable powder nozzles ensure even application to the passing cable. The powder nozzles used are made of steel and are virtually wear-free.

Closed powder circuit with all components located inside the housing; in the event of a leak, no powder escapes into the atmosphere. Excess powder falls back into the circuit inside the machine.

No need to control the powder flow; due to the large inner diameter of the hoses (approx. 25 mm), the risk of blockages is very low.

Minimal consumption of compressed air, as no external compressed air is required for the preparation of the powder-air mixture, only for cleaning the filter cartridges and flushing the bearings to extend their service life.

An electrostatic charging unit is installed as standard on the cable powder coating machines. This charges the cable and not the powder, which means that almost all types of powder can be used.

Process data acquisition and line integration are optional, thanks to a standardized interface.

Cost flexibility thanks to machines in the basic version as a low-cost variant, but can also be upgraded with additional applications according to customer requirements.

Maintenance and remote support to maintain and extend the life cycle of your machine through maintenance and remote support in the event of a malfunction.

For more than 40 years, PEKUtech GmbH has specialized in the development, refinement, and worldwide distribution of powder coating machines for the cable and rubber industry. We offer machines for almost all areas of application in the cable and rubber processing industry.

Thanks to our innovative machine design and the unique powder coating technology associated with it, almost all commercially available powder materials, such as talc, stearates, graphite, and corn flour, etc., can be processed in our machines.

All machines are equipped with a PLC and our self-cleaning, differential pressure-controlled filter system for virtually dust-free production without the use of external dust extraction systems.

Many of our machines can be supplied in an ATEX-compliant design. This means that our customers can also use organic powder materials for their applications without hesitation.

Continuous development, also in cooperation with our customers, has made us the world's leading manufacturer of powder coating machines. Our range includes both standard machines and powder coating machines specially manufactured to customer specifications.

Customers trust in our expert technical advice and support, as well as our assistance in solving problems and optimizing the manufacturing process based on the know-how we have acquired in the field of powder coating technology.

In 1989, the first prototype of a newly developed series of powder coating machines was completed. Within a few years, this initial version gave rise to a whole range of different powder coating machines for a wide variety of applications in the rubber and cable industries.

While the first series was limited exclusively to the powder coating of narrow extruder feed strips, powder coating machines of the KE series for the cable industry followed shortly thereafter. The rubber industry demanded powder coating machines for calendered goods, for which we now manufacture powder coating machines with working widths of up to 3,000 mm.

In the early 2000s, the development and manufacture of machines for powder coating rubber molded articles and products for the food industry began.

For about ten years, machines for powder coating consumer products (detergent caps) have also been produced for well-known manufacturers.

In 2013, type examination certification in accordance with Directive 94/9/EC was successfully applied for for machines in the rubber and consumer products sector. We can now offer almost all machine types in ATEX-compliant designs.

With Peter Kundrun's retirement in 2017, Michael Kundrun officially took over the management of the company, thus securing its succession and continuing its success story.
